Position Description: Quality Assurance Manager


Background – CSF Corporation is the leading SaaS provider for toll-free provisioning, texting, and least cost routing (LCR). With over 100 carrier and independent RespOrg customers, our flagship offering, 8MS® Cloud, helps our clients save time and money by simplifying and automating toll-free voice and text provisioning and reducing carrier costs through optimized LCR.

Job Description- CSF Corporation is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance. This individual will work with a dynamic and hard-working team to help improve the quality of their products. You must observe, lead and constructively work towards improving the overall product quality, test planning / automation and risk management process. You will work closely with software development, product management, customer service and other internal groups to proactively seek product information, develop in depth test plans, derive practical use cases, and author appropriate test cases and automation. You will manage a small offshore QA team that is focused on automation.

You will have the opportunity to help us keep CSF’s SaaS platform as THE SaaS solution for the industry.



  • Management responsibilities for a small offshore QA team.
  • Work closely in a team environment with Engineering and Product Management to define test plans and resource allocation.
  • Develop your detailed test plans in support of requirements and technical designs.
  • Develop and execute your test scripts which validate requirements and support quality assurance methodologies and a quality product.
  • Document all defects identified during testing and provide testing metrics.
  • Generate test data and recognize test environment preparation needs.
  • Responsibility for overall quality assessment and standards for our 8MS Cloud and Carrier Express SaaS product offerings.

Skills Required:

CSF’s Quality Assurance Manager position requires an individual with a strong software, technical, and engineering skills and interest.

Education required: 

BS in Computer Science or similar field.

System experience/expertise required:

7-10+ years of experience in developing test frame work and implementing test plans and executing test cases.

4-5+ years of API testing.

Knowledge of quality assurance standards, methodologies and processes used during all testing phases (Functional, System, Regression, User Acceptance, Performance).

Knowledge of test automation and defect tracking tools for development of manual and automated test scripts.

Shell, Curl, Linux, RDBMS concepts and ability to write SQL Queries

System experience preferred:

Telephony Industry Experience – Toll-Free Provisioning preferred.

JSON, XML, Rest Based API’s, and Apache Tomcat Webserver, Selenium
