Selecting An 8MS Service Plan
We offer to our clients a number of service plans and payment options that meet the diverse needs of their organizations.
Any client with less than 50,000 managed toll free numbers is qualified for our Service Bureau Basic Service. Basic Service includes all the essentials for managing your toll free numbers (e.g. searching for toll free numbers, reserving toll free numbers, activation, routing, RespOrg changes, etc.)
There are two types of service plans available within our Basic Service level:
- Transaction Service Plan – ideal for clients who want to store most or all of their toll free numbers at 8MS and generate less than 10,000 8MS GUI transactions per month.
- Number Level Service Plans – available to customers who require more that 10,000 8MS GUI transactions per month. These clients can select a number level that matches the range of toll free numbers that wish to manipulate on a monthly basis.
For clients who need to simultaneously manage more than 50,000 toll free numbers, we offer three service plans:
- Semi-Private Service plan is ideal for clients who need to simultaneously manage 50,000-100,000 toll free numbers. (Service is provided on shared csf provided hardware with shared csf provided SMS/800 access.)
- Private Service is available for customers who want their own 8MS instance running on csf Corporation provided hardware and SMS/800 links at our corporate datacenter. Private Service supports an unlimited amount of toll free numbers.
- Dedicated Service is available for customers who wish to run an 8MS instance at their own corporate computing facilities, utilizing their own dedicated links to SMS/800. Dedicated Service supports an unlimited amount of toll free numbers. (Certain restrictions may apply to dedicated service. Contact us for more details.)
