New Customers

In order to use 8MS csf must configure a link between your 8MS instance and SMS/800. To do this, specific SMS/800 administration actions must occur. Two forms must be filled out and faxed to the SMS/800 Help Desk.  We fill out one form and fax it to SMS/800 – and the new customer fills out the other form. The process is described in page 1 of the attached document.

Existing Customers

If you are an existing customer and you would like to add Resp Orgs to your existing access, remove Resp Orgs from your existing access, or change the behavior of unsolicited messages for given Resp Orgs, specific SMS/800 administration actions must occur.  Two forms must be filled out and faxed to the SMS/800 Help Desk.  We fill out one form and fax it to SMS/800 – and the existing customer fills out the other form. The process is described in page 2 of the attached document.

Please note: The SMS-58 forms required to establish access at SMS/800 can be obtained only by logging into the SMS/800 website. Each form is bar coded with security information unique to your RespOrg. We do not have access to your SMS-58 form.
