Our team consists of seasoned software executives and innovators in the telecommunications industry. Acquired in 2016 by Alpine Investors, a values-driven private equity firm, the CSF team now has the financial backing and support of a committed partner to be able to grow and expand its core markets rapidly.

  • Rich Scanlon – President and CEO

    Rich is CSF's president and chief executive officer, responsible for day-to-day operations and growing the business.

    Prior to joining CSF, Rich was director of Business Operations at Medallia, a leading customer experience management SaaS company.  Medallia has raised more than $250 million in venture funding and achieved "unicorn" status in 2015.  Rich helped scale Medallia from 350 employees to over 1,000. Prior to Medallia, he was chief operating officer of RPM Worldwide Inc., one of the largest private concert marketing/ promotions companies on the East Coast. He started his business career as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on large transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.

    Rich received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to receiving his MBA, Rich played five years in the National Football League as a linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans, and New York Giants. Rich completed his undergraduate studies at Syracuse University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in physiology.

  • Chris Currie

    Chris Currie – President of Aerialink

    Chris Currie, president of the Aerialink subsidiary of CSF Corporation, oversees its business operations. He is the founder and former CEO of Aerialink, Inc., a company he started in 2002, and CSF acquired in March 2017.

    Chris has over 20 years of leadership experience in mobile, telecommunications, cloud and IT industries. At SupportSoft, Chris was a Senior Manager servicing large Telco and Cable communications companies such as Bell South, Comcast, Cox, Time Warner, and Verizon. Chris’ extensive enterprise experience and long-time career in Information Technology adds to his credibility to lead Aerialink from both a technology and business operations aspect.

    Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics with an emphasis in Computer Science and business studies from Marycrest University in Davenport, Iowa.

  • Frank Lauria - EVP Sales and Business Development

    Frank leads CSF's sales and business operations teams, including the company's go-to-market strategy. Previously, he also spearheaded the company's marketing efforts.

    His prior experience includes growing yearly sales from $1 million to $30 million at CommTech Corporation, acquiring strategic acquisitions for Synchronoss, exceeding revenue targets over $500 million/year at Nortel, and successfully managing sales, operations, and P&L for business units at ADC Telecom and Comverse Technologies.

    As a technology thought leader, Frank has participated and chaired activities at COMPTEL (INCOMPAS), CTIA, the Tele-Management Forum, New Jersey Technology Council, International Engineering Consortium, Service Creation Community, T1X1, and ATIS.  He earned a BA degree in electrical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and participated in the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Executive Management Program.

  • Matthew Petr – VP of Technology

    Matt leads the company’s 8MS Cloud software development team.  He is responsible for software architecture, design, and development along with hardware architecture and database design and administration.

    Matt has more than 25 years of software development experience in a multitude of programming languages.  Along with his database design and hardware administration experience, he has helped several companies start new endeavors from the ground up.  Matt’s previous experience includes technical positions at Prudential Annuities, Health Systems Solutions and Bell Communication Research (Bellcore).

    He earned his BS in computer science and engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
